Welcome to Zen Window Cleaning! By using our services, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read these terms carefully before scheduling any services.

1. Services Provided:

Zen Window Cleaning offers residential and commercial window cleaning, gutter cleaning, pressure and soft washing, screen cleaning, and repair services throughout Utah County. All services are performed by trained professionals committed to delivering high-quality results.

2. Scheduling and Appointments:

Customers may schedule services via phone, email, or our website.

Appointment times are approximate and subject to weather conditions or unforeseen delays.

We will make every effort to notify you of any changes to your scheduled service.

Customers must provide access to the property at the scheduled time. If access is unavailable, a cancellation fee may apply.

3. Pricing and Payments:

Prices are based on the size of the property, level of service required, and specific customer requests.

Full payment is due upon service completion unless otherwise agreed upon.

We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and other electronic payment methods.

Late payments may be subject to additional fees.

4. Cancellations and Rescheduling:

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment.

Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee.

If weather conditions prevent us from completing the service, we will reschedule at no additional charge.

5. Satisfaction Guarantee:

Zen Window Cleaning is committed to customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with our service, please contact us within 24 hours, and we will address the issue at no additional cost.

Any complaints or service concerns must be reported within 24 hours of service completion.

6. Liability and Damage Policy:

We take great care to prevent any damage during service. However, Zen Window Cleaning is not responsible for pre-existing damage or structural weaknesses.

Customers must notify us of any fragile or damaged windows, screens, or exterior surfaces before service begins.

In the rare case of accidental damage, we will assess and address the situation on a case-by-case basis.

7. Customer Responsibilities:

Customers must ensure all windows, doors, and access points are unlocked or accessible at the time of service.

Pets should be secured to prevent interference with the cleaning process.

Customers should remove delicate items from window sills and areas near service locations.

8. Weather Policy:

If weather conditions (rain, snow, extreme winds, etc.) prevent safe service, we will reschedule at no additional cost.

Light rain does not typically impact window cleaning services, but heavy rain may require rescheduling.

9. Privacy Policy:

Zen Window Cleaning respects customer privacy. Any personal information collected is used solely for service scheduling, communication, and marketing purposes (if opted in).

We do not sell or share customer information with third parties unless authorized & are doing business with or for Zen Window Cleaning including software, CRM etc.

10. Changes to Terms of Service:

Zen Window Cleaning reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time.

Updated terms will be posted on our website, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any modifications.
